Free Delivery Across Australia: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia.

Flat-Rate International Shipping: International orders are available for a flat shipping fee of $50 AUD.

Processing & Dispatch: All prints are made to order and shipped from Sydney. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days. As each print is custom-made, delivery times may vary based on the size and complexity of your order. We’ll let you know once your order is being shipped and provide an estimated delivery date.

Secure Packaging: Your print will be carefully packaged in a durable cardboard tube to prevent damage during transit. Inside, the print is rolled in a protective sleeve to safeguard the surface from scuffs or marks while shipping.

Returns

As each print is custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

All prints are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your print. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage as well as the original packaging to help us assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Please handle your print carefully when unrolling, as we are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
